As a yoga therapist, I use the many tools of yoga to help groups and individuals (like you!) find their optimum state of health and ease. You can work with me in private sessions, group classes, or programs & workshops. Learn more about me, yoga therapy, and how I can help you feel your best.
Group yoga classes are a wonderful way
to enjoy the benefits of yoga and the
energy of being in a group of like-
minded people. I currently teach two
